Call Bobb Mr. Finalist! He’s a permanent fixture in the Final. Always wowing the judges with his melodious voice, good melodies and lyrics. Maybe this year he does it. Singing

Daddy Chess went back to the lab and mixed a new set of ingredients. He hopes to heal the non placement illness he’s been suffering from in the past few years.Singing

Well he’s vying for his unprecedented ninth title. The incomparable Dice himself shows no sign of slowing down. Anyone wanting to take that crown from Dice must earn it! Singing

This young lady is on the fast track meteoric rise in the kaiso area. Since her debut in the senior competition Janae has been absolutely impressive belting her way straight to her second consecutive final appearance. Singing

Finally a break through for the persistent and improved JayDee. He was part of the final nine selected as he so confidently predicted. This is his forth year in the competition.Singing

Some would say its a genius move by Jenius taking a shot at the King and hoping it would resonate. Well it did with the judges and so Jenius is making his first final appearance. Hope he remembers “one song cyah win crown” and fare better than the Professor. 🙂

We can never count out Karessah, a champion of wit and double entendre. Always a fore to be reckoned with. Will he dethrone Dice this year? Let’s wait and see…

So a transplanted Trini in the contest and made a strong claim for his spot by professing his undying love for Waitulubuli. Real Caribbean integration I tell you. You think them can do it better than we?

Our first female Calypso Monarch Tasha P is back after a few years hiatus and she has a forceful message for the gullible.

Every year Webb is always this close. Maybe this hear he gets over the hump. Does he sound like a child psychologist in that first song?
